This song won the 2010 Canadian Auto Workers 25th anniversary song competion.

Glen writes:
'Our CAW Local 2027 in Windsor informed me that there was a song contest open to all CAW members to celebrate the 25th anniversary so I took up the challenge and wrote a song for it. I took into consideration the history of the CAW, the people who represent the CAW, the struggles it has been through and it's look towards the future. It was quite a challenge and a lot of fun at the same time.'
