an initial run of 50,000 which are being sent out to stations for sale
on strike days."

The FBU has long understood the need for organisation which it expresses
in the following terms
"The Fire Brigades Union recognises that workers, however employed,
can only improve their lot by their own endeavours and organisation. A
richer and fuller life can be achieved only by similar means".
